Welcome to the LACfest 2019
The gate will open to attendees 5:00pm on Thursday, 26th
Riding is from 7am-12am
Vendor Load in: Wednesday preferred load in. Thursday morning if Wed is not possible.
Gates: Opens 5pm Thursday evening / Closes Sunday 4pm
Space:
Vendors on retail side may park their vehicles/campers behind their retail set up space
Vendors on the food row side may park their vehicles/campers beside the food vendor row in the area designated to staff parking for the event
Power:
All vendors will need to bring their generators!
Limited 30 Amp power is available on the food vendor side of vendor row
Camping:
Vendors typically camp near or behind their tent set ups. There will be parking behind vendor row as well.
Restrooms:
We have a porta-potty set up behind the stage close to vendor row, we also have the bath houses with regular toilets
*We will have an ice vendor in place at vendor row
Your Staff:
Please have everyone on your team sign an electronic waiver prior to entry
Please turn in your team list 3 days prior to event
