Thursday Night after 3pm or make arrangements to load in by Friday 7am
If you need to drop trailer prior, or need to make other arrangements for load in please let us know.
You will be assigned placement according to size and load in time, please turn in anticipated load in time to Lyn by Monday, March 2

Vendor Staff
1. Please turn in your staff names & total number of crew vehicles or camper to Lyn by Monday, March 2nd
2. Please make sure every member of your crew has filled out the online waiver if they have not done so in 2019
3. Please have a good contact number you can be reached at during the event
* Power is not available in all spots, please always bring your generator and a 30/50 converter plug
* Power will be available to vendors with a heavy ice/frozen food need, please have your generator
* Retail vendors will not have access to power

Concert Pass - No Offroad Vehicle

Pass is for concert goers in a regular vehicle.
The Concert pass is a limited entry Saturday March 14th from 6:00PM to Sunday 12:30 AM. Vehicles will park in concert pass only area and must exit the park before 12:30AM. If vehicle exceeds the 12:30 exit curfew, then all concert pass holders in the vehicle will be required to pay an additional $25.00 to convert to a Sat-Sun ticket price. No exceptions.
Camping $90.00 Weekend (1 Full Hook Up Per Cart)
Friday - Gates open at 9am
Saturday - Bounty Hole
Saturday - Concerts
Sunday - Gates close at 4pm
Riding from 7am-12am, quiet hours are enforced.

*Children under 11 are free
*No Pets
*If bringing in a large trailer or Camper, please use directions on the website and not GPS

For the safety of our guests and to prevent damage to the property, we are instituting some changes to our restrictions policy.
Immediate ejection from the park will occur due to the following...
Possession of Glass Containers
Spinning donuts, Racing or intentionally spinning and destroying the grass/hayfields
Possession of Weapons
Fighting
CHILDREN UNDER 16 RECOMMENDED TO WEAR A HELMET
